Quality Dental Care for Your Beautiful Smile

Born and raised in Poughkeepsie and Hyde Park, NY, Dr. Victor Nesheiwat is a lifelong resident of Dutchess County. He graduated from Franklin Delanor Roosevelt High School in 1999 and Dutchess County Community College in 2002. From there, he pursued and received a bachelor’s degree in 2002 from New York University. After finishing his undergraduate program, he continued his education at NYU and graduated from the NYU College of Dentistry in 2006.

Upon graduating, Dr. Nesheiwat moved back to Dutchess County, where he purchased what is now Billings Dental Care. He currently resides in the area and is married with three wonderful children.

His greatest joy is taking a patient with a fear of coming to the dentist, and helping them turn into a patient who enjoys dental visits.

Dr. Gisha Varghese is a New York native. She attended Adelphi University and graduated with her bachelor’s degree in 2014. She then headed to Philadelphia, where she attended the Maurice H. Kornberg School of Dentistry. Upon graduating in 2018, Dr. Varghese moved back to New York and attended the Bronxcare Hospital general practice residency program for one year. She is a current member of the American Dental Association and resides in Rockland County, NY, with her family.
